"The location is so convenient for both of us,” said Danielle, “especially with my train journey across London and Nicholas’ work, which necessitates him being able to travel to London’s airports easily via the motorways.”

Danielle and Nicholas, both 28, bought their top floor 2-bedroom apartment off-plan which brought them many advantages.

“ At that stage, we were not only able to buy the apartment that really met all our needs, but also – because it hadn’t been built yet – we were able to choose from a range of finishes for the kitchen and also flooring for the apartment,” continued Danielle. “We also like the fact that we have our own entrance to our home.”

They bought the apartment through Preston Bennett, the region’s premier new homes specialist.

“The whole purchase went so smoothly thanks to their expertise and the brilliance of their staff, led by Director, Lee Martin. They were always on hand to offer advice and help in any way that they could,” said Danielle.

Sutton Court also provides couples like Danielle and Nicholas the convenience of being within walking distance of a great choice of bars, restaurants and clubs. Even though it is in a quiet central location, Sutton Court is just a few minutes’ walk from Watford Junction Station and The Harlequin, the town’s main shopping centre.
