Katie, 29, has a BSC (Hons) in Real Estate Management and gained extensive local Commercial experience over the past 5½ years with a leading firm of Chartered Surveyors in Harrow, with whom she obtained her own Chartered Surveyor status. Her expertise covers rent reviews; dilapidations; valuations; leasehold enfranchisements etc. in both the private and public sectors. Katie will work in the team led by founder of the company, Ronald Preston MRICS.
