Major investment in a state-of-the-art computer system and the latest generation of market-leading software and database management, to our own bespoke design, will deliver key benefits to our vendor clients. These include faster and more complete feedback on interest in your property; appointments to view; current positions of applicants re: timing and their own property; immediate feedback on viewings; information on where your property will be advertised; editorial that appears on your property.

Potential purchasers will also benefit from this investment by receiving faster alerts and updates on suitable properties; speedier notification and applications for new developments; more comprehensive, higher quality and user-friendly property details.

Continuous personal development has also played a part in providing a training programme for every member of our professional team,  that ensures that the service they provide is consistent across the board and always of the highest quality.

A new look for the future  

We are also completely revamping our offices which will be fully completed in February and which will reflect our revised Corporate Identity including a new logo that is being rolled out during December.

Our new website will also be making its debut in February, reinforcing the revitalised public face of Preston Bennett. It will also be faster, easier to use and to navigate around, with more features to help search for  properties, to receive property detail downloads; to download our e- magazine;  to register your interest in the type of property that you seek or new developments you wish to receive updates on.
