Exciting Florida property opportunities now available through us
25th May 2012
Preston Bennett has joined forces with Decorus Realty Group in Miami, Florida, enabling us to offer our UK clients a range of excellent opportunities in The Sunshine State:
(a) Buying and/or selling residential homes/condo's
(b) Commercial opportunities which are highly active due to investments made by South American and Russian influences
'We have entered into a joint venture with one of the dominant realtors in Florida who have over 25 years' experience. We have known their Commercial Director, Danny Anysz, for some considerable time when he was established in the UK. We are now looking forward to developing an excellent working relationship with the Decorus Realty Group for the benefit of our clients in the UK," said Preston Bennett Director, Lee Martin.
Danny is originally from NW London and had his own residential and commercial estate agency in the West End of London for 20 years'.
Since emigrating he has established himself and is able to offer his expertise and knowledge for the benefit of our clients.
So the 'partnership' was born!
Preston Bennett will assist in the UK in helping clients to select properties and liaise with Decorus in arranging visits to view properties from Miami to Palm Beach.
Decorus Realty Group will also advise on all aspects of buying and selling property in Florida, together with arranging mortgages, finance, contracts and an interior design service.
It is said that the UK and the U.S.A. are two nations divided by a common language ..... so both firms are committed to delivering a 'hands on' service to their clients to make the transactions as easy as possible.
'We are looking to continually widen our quality range of property-related services for the benefit of our clients. The latest venture, focused on the growing Florida market, is designed to add to the 'one stop shop' benefits of dealing with Preston Bennett, with our successful track record and unrivalled reputation stretching back over 53 years,” said Lee Martin
“With the continuing uncertainty in the Eurozone - especially adding to the gloom of the once popular Spanish property scene - the reported recovery in the U.S. is good news for those looking to buy and invest now. The timing could be not better!”
