Help To Buy Scheme To Launch At Prestigious North London Development On 25 July

The Government's new ‘Help to Buy' initiative is to be offered by St Edward at their Stanmore Place development in North West London. The scheme will offer those looking to purchase their dream home at Stanmore Place the chance to secure their chosen apartment with a deposit of just 5%.

The introduction of the initiative means that both first time buyers and current home owners do not need to save the large deposits now often required by lenders and can secure their home at Stanmore Place with as little as £11,750.

Help to Buy guarantees 20% of the price as an equity loan which is repayable on the future sale of the property.
