3rd Jul 2013
From New Homes Consultants, Planning Managers and Residential Negotiators, to Fine Home’s Specialists and those who have a mind for PR and Marketing, the combination of aptitude and temperament ensures that our offering is all-encompassing.
The first half of 2013 has seen numerous individuals join our extended team – each bringing with them a unique skillset, varying capabilities, and differing colourful personalities. Although their backgrounds may differ, they are resolutely aligned in their desire to work for one of North-West London’s leading agents. Let’s introduce you…
Alison Berg: qualified as a chartered surveyor, Alison first joined Preston Bennett in 1979. After working with us for five years, she took a prolonged sabbatical until June of this year when she re-joined the company as a Land and Planning Consultant. Although the landscape she remembered has changed significantly, Alison believes that the company has retained its essence and reputation over the last 29 years while continuously evolving to keep up with the requirements of the market.
Ben Ellis: our resident football star, Ben will be representing Preston Bennett at the 2013 Maccabiah Games taking place in Israel in July. After working as an assistant to Director Ronald Preston and MD Sue Fisher for five months, Ben made a move into our buoyant New Homes Department in April. Having grown up in Stanmore, he was always aware of Preston Bennett’s reputation and outstanding work, and is now motivated and excited to be part of the dynamic and effective New Homes team.
Daniella Harris: with experience in both property and recruitment, Daniella recently joined Preston Bennett as Personal Assistant to Fine Homes Director Lee Martin, and Fine Homes Manager, Steven Schiller. With the aim of supporting the department in its entirety, she is happy to have returned to world of property. Her desire to join Preston Bennett is due to its longstanding status, as well as a personal connection to the company which assisted her parents in buying their family home in the area.
Emma Berg: having originally worked at Preston Bennett for 8 years as the manager of the Flat Department, Emma left in June 2010 to spend time with her two young children. She was excited at the prospect of coming back to the company in February 2013 on a part-time basis to support the Residential team. Emma’s decision to return is driven by her desire to be part of a thriving, dynamic organisation where she can focus on client interaction.
Meagan Woolf: having joined the company as its PR and Marketing Manager at the beginning of May, Meagan - who is proudly South African - has relished the opportunity to gain exposure to the numerous aspects that make up Preston Bennett. With a wide range of experience including magazine editorial, online advertising and project management, she is very excited to have returned to London to be part of the PB team.
Paul Jenkins: having spent five years as a Senior Planning Officer at Westminster City Council where he gained experience in a wide range of prestigious planning matters for significant London schemes, Paul joined us in March to fulfil the role of Planning Manager in our fast-growing Planning, Land & Development division. Exceptionally keen to join Preston Bennett due to our trusted name in the private sector he brings with him a range of invaluable experience and a fresh perspective that will be of tremendous benefit to our clients.
Simon Porter: with three years’ experience at a property agency based in Hatch End, Simon joined Preston Bennett in March this year, 4 months after becoming a new dad. With a passion for property and having long been aware of Preston Bennett’s reputable standing as a market leader, he was excited to join the company as a Sales Negotiator in our Residential Team.
