Preston Bennett Appoints Two New Associate Directors
20th Feb 2012
They are Nick Stafford in their Planning Department and James Zamchick in New Homes.
These appointments are in line with the firm’s impressive and successful growth rate and reflect the increasing importance of these expanding Departments, in support of the 53 year-old track-record of the existing Residential Sales agency.
Nick Stafford, 28, has been with the firm for 4 years and during that time he has achieved Chartered status and membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
“I am delighted to have been appointed an Associate Director, especially after a highly successful year in 2011 when my major goal of bringing in new clients to the business was achieved,” said Nick Stafford.
Planning Director, Richard Henley, acknowledged that: “Nick has thoroughly deserved this promotion. He has developed his own client base in a totally professional and highly capable manner and his excellent work ethic is recognised by everyone with whom he comes into contact.
“The Planning Department will continue to grow under Nick and myself and our achievements in developing the wider range of clients outside our prime area will be a vital element of our future business strategy.”
Often linked with Planning is Preston Bennett’s enviable position as the leading New Homes specialist in London and the Home Counties. Many of their developer clients continue to benefit from the expertise of both these Departments.
Since James Zamchick joined them almost 3 years ago he has quickly made an impact on the New Homes team and his appointment as Associate Director amplifies his contribution.
“It has been a whirlwind time since I joined the firm and I am very happy that my efforts in helping to drive the business forward have been recognised in this way,” said James Zamchick.
New Homes Director, Lee Martin, pays tribute to his acknowledged ‘right-hand man’: “His enthusiasm and initiative have been instrumental in enhancing the effectiveness of our day-to-day operation and he has quickly struck up excellent relationships with our developer clients.
“As the Department continues to expand at a phenominal rate, James has shown that he can rise to any challenge and his capability to take on even more responsibility will ensure that our future business growth remains firmly on-track.”
Preston Bennett starts the New Year in excellent shape – with a major refurbishment of their offices, a new logo and corporate identity, revamped website and other substantial investment in state-of-the-art back-office computer systems. The new Associate Directors are therefore in place to help drive this optimism in the future growth of the business and to very much continue to lead by example.
